Discountcomputers4u.com reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error, or was an order if it is deemed to be made in bad faith or for which we were unable to verify billing information with the credit card's issuing bank. Prices advertised in e-mail promotions are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Should we experience technical difficulties, DiscountComputers4u.com is not responsible for orders that are not processed or accepted.

SALES TAX
Orders billed by discountcomputers4u.com will include sales tax on all shipments to California accepts California State reseller certificates only if they are submitted prior to purchase. To submit your Reseller Certificate for tax-exempt status, you must fax your reseller's license to Discount Computer Network Inc at (818)392-8168, Attention: Resellers Permit. We will update our system within 48 hours of receipt to ensure that your future orders are not taxed.

MERCHADISE POLICY
Discountcomputers4u.com has the latest inventory controls displaying actual items in-stock. On items in demand and offered specials, actual in-store stock will be sold on a first come basis. Our website is available world wide and demand might be quite high for an item, resulting in a sold out scenario. We do not offer any rain checks, but we would gladly help you in searching down any part not available in our inventory.

INSTOCK
Products will ship same day in most scenarios, and within 1 to 3 business days of credit card authorization and screening (increase your shipping chances for same day by ordering early AM ) Holidays and weekends are not considered working business days. PRODUCT CONDITIONS POLICY

"Factory New"
Factory new products are new from the factory and have never been sold to an end user. They have never been used, reconditioned, or refurbished. These products carry a manufacturer's warranty.
"Manufacturer Refurbished"
Manufacturer refurbished products have been returned to an authorized factory repair facility. they may have been returned for reasons such as blemishes, customer remorse, or wrong purchase, and have been fully inspected or repaired by a factory-authorized service center. These products may contain minor blemishes and may not be in original retail packaging. Specifications may vary from original factory new conditions. Accessories and components may vary from original retail packaging. These products carry the applicable manufacturer warranty.
"Refurbished or Reconditioned"
Refurbished or reconditioned products are in complete working order and have been thoroughly tested by certified technicians. Products have a limited manufacturer's or vendor warranty, or carry a discointcomputers4u.com 30-day warranty. Specifications, software, components and accessories may vary from original factory new condition. Products may contain minor blemishes and may notbe in original retail packaging.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

We reserve the right to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. We endeavor to accurately describe every product offered for sale; however, mistakes can sometimes be made Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in product description, pricing or offers is subject to correction and verification. Monitor displays are simulated. Monitors are not included with computer systems unless specified. On-line sales are intended for, and limited to, personal use and domestic sales only. If you are purchasing products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. We will not ship to foreign locations. Warranties for exported products may vary or be null and void. We reserve the right to limit the number of Products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Prices do not include shipping, tax and insurance. Proof of purchase and postage may be required for rebates.

NO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY SALES HEREUNDER SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. THE CUSTOMER ONSENTS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT, SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA, USA AND THAT SAID COURT SHALL HAVE THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO RESOLVE ANY AND ALL SUITS, ACTIONS, PROCEEDINGS OR CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THIS SALE AGREEMENT.

PAYMENT
All international sales must be purchased via bank wire transfer. All banking information will be provided during time of purchase via e-mail. Regretfully, we do not accept credit card (unless prior approval has been issued), company/personal checks, cashier’s check or terms for payment on international orders, due to high incidence of fraud.

SHIPPING

Shipping arrangements for all international sales and orders must be the made by the buyer. All shipping costs including but not limited to- fees, insurance, tariffs,duties, taxes and fines will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Discountcomputers4u.com is not responsible for any damages incurred while the product is in transit to the buyer. All claims for damaged or lost freight should be made directly to the shipping company. Manufacturer's limited warranties for internationally shipped products may vary or be null and void. To comply with certain regulations and vendor agreements, discountcomputers4u.com reserves the right to refuse to export products from the United States at any time. If you are purchasing products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country.

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY POLICY

Due to the high costs of shipping, and foreign shipping environments , we do not offer warranty to our international customers. Our products are diligently and thoroughly checked by certified technicians, to insure that your order of merchandise is in fine working order when leaving our premises. We will do our utmost to add extra packaging material to your order, to insure better safety of your contents for international orders.

RETURN POLICY

Customer service and satisfaction are very important to us. Product may be returned for replacement, repair within the 30-day warranty period once an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) has been obtained. shipping and handling charges are non-refundable,there is no refund policy.

RMA INFORMATION
*Any shortage must be reported within 3 days of receipt. You may do this by phone.
*You will need to contact us to request an RMA number or RMA form by e-mail,phone,fax for all returns.
*RMA form must be filled out in full, or an RMA will not be authorized. Be aware that RMA numbers, and any information regarding that number can only be given out by e-mail or fax. They are not to be given out verbally over the phone at any time. Any unauthorized or unmarked returns will not be accepted.
*You will need to have the following information available when requesting an RMA: invoice number or order confirmation number, and the nature of the problem in detail
* Please package your return carefully. Failure to do so may invalidate the RMA and the warranty on the product.
*You will have 10 days from the date the RMA is issued to return the product, otherwise a 25%re-stocking fee will be applied regardless of the reason of return.
*All return shipments must include all accessories and hardware that was provided with the original order (unless otherwise authorized).
* All returns must be shipped pre-paid. Any returns that are shipped C.O.D. will NOT be accepted.
* Your RMA number is your reference, so be sure to log it somewhere.
* There are two ways in which your replacements can be shipped:
1. You can request an advance replacement to be charged to your credit card that will be shipped right away.
2. You can wait for your return to come back to us before we ship out your replacement (retail customers only).
* Credits are available only after the RMA has been received and has gone through our testing department.
